Accounts and user responsibilities
Provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential. Use an account only with lawful authority. If you act on behalf of an entity, make sure you are authorized to accept terms and manage data on its behalf.
You are responsible for activities carried out through your access. Do not share passwords or verification codes. Promptly address unrecognized activity through account management and communication with the service operator.
Permitted use
Use the service according to the law, feature purposes, and entity rules. Do not upload unlawful content, misuse personal data, commit fraud, harass others, distribute malware, or infringe others’ rights.
Do not bypass access restrictions, access accounts without permission, disrupt the service, or collect data without authority. Access granted to one space does not give you rights to another.
Content and intellectual property

Brand identities, interfaces, and materials belonging to Lokio or others remain the property of their owners. Using the service does not transfer those intellectual property rights. Do not copy or distribute material beyond the permission granted.
Entities and organizers
Entity administrators, teachers, and organizers are responsible for their materials, activities, space rules, and operational decisions. Review organizer information, participation requirements, and specific terms before joining or purchasing access.
Administrators must use member data for lawful purposes and within their access rights. Membership may change according to space rules and actions by authorized administrators.
Payments and cancellations
For paid features, review prices, fees, payment methods, and displayed terms before confirming a transaction. Transaction status follows payment provider processing and service records.
Cancellation or refund terms follow information on the product or activity, organizer rules, and rights provided by law. Do not assume that every transaction can automatically be canceled or refunded. Keep transaction evidence when raising a question.
Availability and access restrictions
The service may experience maintenance, feature changes, or disruptions. Access may be restricted due to violations, security risks, legal obligations, or membership changes. These situations are handled according to circumstances and applicable requirements.
These terms do not remove user rights that must be protected by law. Each party’s responsibilities are assessed under applicable law and the relevant service relationship.
